Stars and Stripes newspaper will be publishing Valentine's messages to the troops(and they'll be available to view online)
We did this at Christmas
(and the nice thing about the online version is you can forward the message to others, and they can add their own messages.) You can also check a box for Stars and Stripes to email your soldier, to let them know when the message will be posted.
